Morgan Brown Studio LLC  (the “Company”) WELCOMES YOU TO www.morganlbrown.com (the “Site”). WE ASK THAT YOU READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE, WHICH CONSTITUTE A LICENSE, THAT COVER YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND ANY OTHERS OWNED AND OPERATED BY THE COMPANY.
1) Payment Policy
We request payment in advance before class starts. No refunds are given for days when the student is not in attendance.
Refunds: If a class starts on January 6th and you paid/ registered on December 6th – there is a two-week window in which you can get a refund.
Make up lessons are at the discretion of the teacher and are handled case by case. For example, if you have paid for a 6-week workshop and have suddenly had a death in the family and or was unable to continue the workshop – it is the discretion of the teacher  or company if a make-up lesson is warranted.
Private Lessons and class sessions: A 48hr cancellation notice in writing via email to Morgan Brown Studio LLC must be given for  classes. Otherwise, fees will remain payable. Should you give 48hrs notice, Morgan Brown Studio will reschedule the private lesson.
Cancellation of Classes: If classes are canceled due to the fault of the company the time will be made up. This will be done at the discretion of Morgan Brown Studio
We will not be financially liable for classes or dates canceled due to events beyond our reasonable control. We retain the right to change the advertised program of classes in the event of illness or other circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather.
Morgan Brown Studio reserves the right to change fees without prior notice. However, we will endeavor to inform parents and carers of any changes as soon as possible.2.
2) Privacy Policy
Please take a moment to review the terms of our Privacy Policy.
 We collect information from you when you register for a workshop or master class, buy classes, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
 You may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, birthdate and emergency contact information. If you register for a class or buy a class on behalf of your child, you will also be asked to provide certain information about your child, such as your child's name and age.
 We will use your information that you submit to us for the purposes for which it was submitted. For example, if you register for a workshop, you will receive enrolment details, our refund policy and receipt via email. If you buy a class /or our Offers you will receive an email receipt.
 Furthermore, we may use your personal information to send you periodic communications by e-mail to keep you up to date on current classes at Morgan Brown Studio and cancellations and/or time changes. You may opt out of receiving promotional or advertising e-mail communications from us by: (1) clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in such e-mail communications, or (2) sending an e-mail with “unsubscribe” in the heading line to us at [email protected]
Privacy Policy for Minors
Morgan Brown Studio offers dance classes and workshops to adults and children ages 3 and up. Clients under the age of 18 are required to get a signature from a parent or guardian. We encourage all visitors to the website or studio who are under the age of 18 and wish to communicate with us to use the assistance of their parent/guardian.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell any personal information to any third parties. Except for the very limited purposes discussed in this paragraph, we also will not share any of your personal information with third parties.
We use other businesses to perform certain services for us, such as processing credit card payments, loyalty points rewards program, marketing assistance and data analysis. We may provide personal information to those businesses when that information is necessary for them to complete a requested transaction or otherwise perform their duties. Those businesses will not be permitted to use your information for any purposes other than to perform their services for Morgan Brown Studio.
3) Media Use Rights Permission
We ask parents/guardians to grant permission for Morgan Brown Studio to take photographs and videos of the students. No personal information is ever used or linked to the photographs.
We ask for full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
